Bryan Elzey

Bryan Elzey

Vice President / GM, Commercial Vehicle Installation Services

Bryan Elzey is a proven operations and business leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, integration, and operational excellence across multiple industries.

In his current role as Vice President & General Manager of Safe Fleet’s Commercial Vehicle Installation Services Group, Bryan oversees nationwide installation operations and strategic initiatives supporting some of the largest fleets in North America. Under his leadership, the group has captured over $10 million in fleet business, transitioned to a modern ERP platform, and implemented a Field Service Management system that enhanced visibility, efficiency, and cost control across the organization.

Previously, Bryan served as Senior Director of Strategy, Integration, and Safety-as-a-Service at Safe Fleet Holdings. In this capacity, he developed strategic growth plans for Safe Fleet’s portfolio of business units, led the integration of multiple acquisitions, and spearheaded the creation of a nationwide service and installation network supporting Safe Fleet’s diverse product lines.

Before that, Bryan held progressive leadership roles including Director of Marketing for Roll-Rite and General Manager of Pulltarps Manufacturing, where he originally joined as Senior Operations Manager in 2014. During his tenure at Pulltarps, he built a sustainable organizational structure, increased sales by 20%, implemented Lean Manufacturing principles, launched a new eCommerce platform, and guided the company through a successful acquisition by Safe Fleet.
Earlier in his career, Bryan spent a decade as Operations Manager for Kroeger’s Recycling, overseeing three regional locations, 50 employees, and a fleet of commercial transport equipment. He began his career in retail management, progressively advancing while completing his Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance at Wilmington University.

Bryan is recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, modernize complex operations, and deliver measurable results that position organizations for long-term success.

BRAD BOHNEN

Manager, Major Projects

Brad is the Manager of American Mobile Fleet Services Major Projects group, responsible for strategic projects within the AMFS business unit. Brad joined Safe Fleet with a wealth of fleet management and project management experience and most recently, he was the Head of Fleet Management – North America for Ericsson, managing all fleet assets in North America. Prior to Ericsson, Brad held several roles at Sprint including National Fleet Manager and Group Manager, Business Operations – Technology Services where he managed large technology deployment projects. Brad is an Automotive Service Technology graduate of Dunwoody, College of Technology, holds a master certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and is a recipient of the 2022 Safe Fleet Outstanding Growth Award.

Scott Hacker

SCOTT HACKER

Manager, Quality & Technology

Scott is the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager for American Mobile Fleet Services. Scott brings a tremendous amount of experience to Safe Fleet having most recently held the positions of Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist, Logistics Supervisor, and Interim Plant Supervisor at Utilimaster. Prior to joining Utilimaster, Scott worked for TrippNT in quality control and logistics positions. Scott is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University. Scott also has a Master of Business Administration and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University, and a certification in Project Management from the University of Missouri, Science & Technology.

Quoting Supervisor

Elizabeth is the Quoting Supervisor and Major Projects Team Lead for American Mobile Fleet Services. Elizabeth joined AMFS in 2008 as an Account Representative, and during her tenure, she has held significant leadership roles as Upfit Team Lead and Trainer, Customer Relations Manager and Director of GPS Telematics. In addition to her leadership roles, Elizabeth serves as Subject Matter Expert with deployment and customization of our ERP system.
